4. Orders and Payment Terms

4.1 Order Process

All orders are subject to product availability and our acceptance. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve that item. An order is only confirmed once payment is authorized and you receive an order confirmation email.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time due to market conditions, supplier costs, or currency fluctuations. You will be charged the price listed at the time of your order confirmation.

4.3 Payment Methods

  • Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.
• International Duties & Taxes: Customers outside the United States are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country. These are not included in the product or shipping cost.
• Delivery Delays: Estimated delivery times are not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, weather, or holidays.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Our detailed Shipping & Returns Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Key points include:

• Return Window: 15 days from the date of delivery for eligible items.
• Eligible Items: Benchmade (Fixed Blade), Benchmade (Folding), Boker (Auto), CRKT (Folding), and Toolkits are returnable if unused, in original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
• Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale): All Benchmade (Auto) knives, used/altered items, items without original packaging, and personalized/custom orders cannot be returned unless defective.
• Process: You must contact us at [email protected] to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping any return. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns due to change of mind.

All content on the Bladehq Store website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Bladehq Store, its suppliers, or licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
