All orders are subject to product availability and our acceptance. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve that item. An order is only confirmed once payment is authorized and you receive an order confirmation email.

- Eligible Items: Benchmade (Fixed Blade), Benchmade (Folding), Boker (Auto), CRKT (Folding), and Toolkits are returnable if unused, in original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
- Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale): All Benchmade (Auto) knives, used/altered items, items without original packaging, and personalized/custom orders cannot be returned unless defective.
- Process: You must contact us at [email protected] to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping any return. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
- Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns due to change of mind.
