  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags, manuals, and accessories.
  • Process: Contact us first for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

⚠️ Important: Non-Returnable Items

To ensure safety and compliance with strict regulations, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • All Benchmade (Auto) knives: Due to specialized nature and regulatory restrictions.
  • Any used, sharpened, disassembled, or altered product.
  • Items without original packaging and all documentation.
  • Personalized or custom-ordered items.

Returnable Items: Benchmade (Fixed Blade), Benchmade (Folding), Boker (Auto), CRKT (Folding), and Toolkits are returnable within the 15-day window if all other conditions are met.

The Engineered Returns Process

1 Initiate Your Request

Within 15 days of delivery, contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.

2 Receive Authorization & Instructions

We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Do not ship any item back without an RA number.

3 Package and Ship

Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RA slip. Ship to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable and insured service (DHL, FedEx, EMS).

4 Inspection & Processing

Upon receipt at our facility, our team will inspect the item. Once approved, we will immediately initiate your refund or exchange.

Refunds: Timing & Method

  • Timing: Please allow 5-10 business days for us to receive and inspect your return. Once approved, your refund is processed immediately. The time for funds to appear depends on your institution:

Exchanges

Need a different model or size? We can facilitate an exchange for an in-stock item of equal value. Follow the standard returns process, indicating your desire for an exchange and the specific item. Price differences will be invoiced or refunded accordingly.

International Returns

The 15-day window applies from the delivery date. International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes. We recommend declaring the package as “Returned Goods” with a low value to minimize fees. Refunds are for the product cost only; original shipping charges are non-refundable for changed-mind returns.

Defective or Incorrect Items
