The Returns & Exchanges Process

Follow these engineered steps to initiate a return or exchange:

Initiate Your Request

Within 15 days of delivery, contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange. Please use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.

Receive Authorization & Instructions

We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed shipping instructions. Do not ship any item back without an RA number. Returns sent without authorization may be delayed or refused.

Package and Ship

Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all manuals, certificates, and accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RA slip. Ship the package to our HQ:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product). We recommend using a trackable and insured service (like DHL, FedEx, or EMS) for your protection.

Inspection & Processing

Upon receipt at our Greensboro facility, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions. Once approved, we will initiate your refund or exchange.

Refunds: Timing & Method

Your financial security is non-negotiable. Refunds are processed with the same care as our secure checkout.

  • Timing: Please allow 5-10 business days for us to receive and inspect your return. Once approved, your refund will be processed immediately. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your financial institution:
    • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days after we process the refund.
    • PayPal: Typically within 24-48 hours.
  • Method: All refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We do not offer refunds to alternative accounts or methods for security reasons.

Important Conditions & Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the safety and integrity of our products for all customers, the following conditions apply:

Based on the nature of our curated collections and industry standards for specialized gear, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • All Benchmade (Auto) knives: Due to strict regulations and the specialized nature of automatic knives.
  • Any used, sharpened, or altered product: Items that show signs of use, have been sharpened, disassembled, or otherwise modified.
  • Items without original packaging and documentation: This includes all manuals, authenticity certificates, and factory-sealed materials.
  • Personalized or custom-ordered items.

Note: Benchmade (Fixed Blade), Benchmade (Folding), Boker (Auto), CRKT (Folding), and Toolkits are returnable within the standard 15-day window if all other conditions are met.

General Conditions: All returned items must be in brand-new, resalable condition. They must not have been carried, used to cut anything, or have any wear or markings. The original factory edge must be intact.

Exchanges

Need a different model or size? We are happy to facilitate an exchange for an in-stock item of equal value. Follow the standard returns process above, indicating your desire for an exchange and the specific item you wish to receive. If the new item has a higher price, you will be invoiced for the difference. For lower-priced items, a refund for the difference will be issued.

International Returns

As a global store (serving most regions worldwide), we accept returns from international customers. The 15-day window applies from the delivery date. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes associated with the return. We strongly recommend declaring the package as “Returned Goods” with a low value to minimize customs fees. Refunds will be for the product cost only; original shipping charges are non-refundable for changed-mind returns.

Defective or Incorrect Items
